Music Inspires Me to Write
I’m always creating something.  It’s kind of unnerving.  I guess thats why
Edgar Allan Poe loved the morphine and the alcohol.  There was
probably no other way to get the characters from taking over his mind,
stopping the turmoil of what to
write next from plaguing his brain (so
many ideas to get down and you never know how much time you really
have) and the internal
drama from keeping him awake at night.

We
creative brains never relax.  No wonder William Faulkner burnt out
and took himself out.  In the Keys, no doubt.  What better place to take
your last breath?

Okay, What’s going on this month?  The publishers finally approved
the cover for the novel
The War for Miami, but now, I’m having second
thoughts.  I was excited about the release, but I’ve changed my mind.
I'm going to postpone the release for another couple of months.  It’s
going to have my name on it.

The
Music Junkie Podcast is ready to launch.  I just need to coordinate
my interview schedule with the
artists much better than I have been, or
the show won’t last that long.  Hey, I’m busy.  They’re busy.  And I get
lazy after
writing for 12 to 20 hours straight.

If you love music as much as I do, listen to the show.  Tell everybody
you know about it.  We can all get strung out on music together.

Oh yeah, Thanks for stopping by Yasheve.com
